A second medical opinion is a valuable resource when a patient is facing a complex or difficult-to-treat disease. For various reasons, most people tend to have limited access to specialized care, consequent limiting the quality of care for their illness.

For us, it is a priority to provide support to patients who require a specialized opinion in gynecological cancer or in benign pathologies of the genital organs that require highly complex gynecological surgery. The objective is to establish fast and effective communication; and work closely, providing the patient with a professional, warm, and humane treatment.

Although the video consultation prevents personal contact and a physical examination, it allows a first contact to exchange ideas and opinions, clarify doubts and even establish a possible treatment plan. For this, the patient must send all the documentation related to their pathology beforehand in order to carry out a detailed assessment and analyze the different treatment strategies.

Once our second opinion is obtained or at the end of the treatment, the patients are sent back to their place of origin with the guidelines for future treatments or with the suggested follow-up regulations to be completed as appropriate.

In this way, a link is established between the patient’s reference doctor and us, providing the greatest comfort for the patient and her family. We, however, remain bound for any future issues that may arise in relation to women’s health.

For this reason, today it is possible for patients and/or their relatives to contact us to obtain a specialized second opinion from any region of Spain or the world.
